Seniors/graduates of Appomattox Regional Governor's School for the Arts or Maggie Walker Governor's School who are Hopewell residents may also apply. Priority may also be given to a child or grandchild of a member of the James River Ball Patrons Committee (regardless of where the child/grandchild lives or what high school he/she attends) who is planning to pursue a career in any art discipline or in the field of education. |
